Fair Usage and Terms of Usage Policy
Rare Labs’ offerings are subject to our fair usage policy. We expect the usage of most of our users to fall within the range of our fair usage policy. Our goal is to keep our pricing simple and our limits as permissive as possible. We don’t want you to worry about usage limits and paywalls. When your usage causes pressure on our infrastructure, we will contact you to create a custom plan and/or limit usage and/or offer upgrades. More details regarding each product is given below.
Law Bot Pro
Free Plan - 1 question a day. Renews in 24 hours.
Unlimited Plan - Unlimited questions till 150,000 words are utilised per month.
Draft Bot Pro
Free Plan - 500 words a day. Renews in 24 hours.
Infinity Plan -
a) Monthly - Usage till 150,000 words are utilised per month.
b) 6 Months - Usage till 9,00,000 words are utilised in a 6 months period.
All plans with requisite words renew when the plan period renews.
Unused words do not carry forward between subscription periods. Upon renewal, a fresh allocation is provided and any unused balance from the previous subscription period expires.

These limits can be updated by Rare Labs at any point of time without prior intimation to the users.
The primary reason for having a fair usage policy is to stop bad actors from abusing our offerings.
Most users will never reach this threshold and therefore enjoy unlimited like access to our offerrings.
Free Plan
In addition to the terms and conditions, free plan usage may be rescinded at any time and users on the free plan are not guaranteed usage including quality of usage and any limitation at the sole will of Rare Labs can be implemented without any prior notice.

All new users (those who have never subscribed before) on Draft Bot Pro platform are eligible for a 7 Days Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee ensures that during this period, if the user feels Draft Bot Pro is not suitable for them, they will be fully refunded.
If a user has subscribed before, and then cancelled and then subscribes again either using the same phone number or email address or user ID, they will not be eligible for the full refund and will only be eligible for pro-rata refund for any words used (even below 30,000 words).
This guarantee is bound by the terms of our Terms and Conditions and this Fair Usage Policy and that during the 7 days money back guarantee period, if the user has used more than 30,000 words, they will only be eligible for a pro-rata refund and not a full refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation can be initiated by a paid user at any point of time, however it will be cancelled only after the end of the period for which payment has been made, after which no payments will be automatically deducted from their choice of mode of payment.
Request for cancellation of subscription via email will only be processed if done at least 3 days prior to the date of renewal. The user can always cancel at any time prior to the date of renewal by visiting the website link given for cancellation in our application's website.
If cancellation is requested via email within just 3 days of the date of renewal, it may not get processed and therefore no refund will be given if the user is charged. In this case, the user’s subscription will get cancelled at the end of the period for which payment has been made.
We reserve the total right to cancel any users membership without offering a refund for contravention of our coupon policies amongst other policies.
Add-on words purchased by any subscriber will not be refunded. Further, if a user is not subscribed, access to the application will be restricted, including the add-on words purchased earlier. Continuous non-expiry of add-on words requires the user to be a continued subscriber of the application.
Refunds for the Yearly/Bi-Annual/Monthly Subscriptions can be initiated by contacting us on our email address info@rarelabs.co and will be processed within 10 days. Refunds can only be asked within 07 days of the initial purchase, failing which it will amount to a cancellation of your subscription as a paid user and it will be cancelled only after the end of the period for which payment has been made, after which no payments will be automatically deducted from their choice of mode of payment.
Excessive usage (More than 10,000 words usage) during the 7 days cycle of no-questions asked refund will be deducted on a pro-rata basis. For example, if someone has used 50,000 words out of 1,50,000 allocated words, then they will only receive a refund of 2/3rd the amount of subscription even if they have used just for 1 day.
We reserve the right to not offer any pro-rata based refunds beyond 7 days of usage. All refunds for usage within 7 days will be given after deducting daily rate of usage as per the prevailing subscription amount.
